French Radishes with Butter and Fleur de Sel
The best hors d'oeuvre/amuse-bouche from Provence.
- French breakfast radishes (on the small side) with the stems trimmed but left on for handles
- Some very tasty unsalted butter
- Gilles Hervy Fleur de Sel
- sweet fresh baguette
Put butter on your slice of baguette, dip the radish in the salt, take a bite of bread and some radish, slurp some beverage and get reacquainted with those close to you.
